These homeowners have been updating their 26 year old ranch home over the last two years....new flooring, fresh paint, a new island and backsplash makes a huge difference. Throw in updated lighting and a new railing and this home feels brand new!
The previous island was much smaller, and was at a diagonal in the room...this new and improved island is much more functional and makes the room feel larger. And...look at that new backsplash! It is simply gorgeous paired with champagne gold hardware and new quartz counters.
Look at the beautiful quartz counters, the shimmery marble backsplash and the rich wood in the island....what a beautiful refresh!
This gorgeous dining area benefited from taking some original posts down, and adding in some glam with a delicious light fixture and fresh drapes...
The new railing replaces an older glass and drywall railing and the light just punctuates the gold on the railing!
All in all, this home feels so warm and beautiful
In the laundry room (3rd right top pic) notice the darling penny tile backsplash...and the new light in the powder room rocks! To set the wetter area apart, we kept the same counter, but just changed the hardware. Simple updates that make a huge difference!
